Most projects take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. E-commerce and custom builds can take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
Yes. Every project includes a support period after launch, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for updates, edits, and technical support beyond that.
Canberra and the ACT are our home base, but we work with businesses across Australia. Everything can be handled remotely if that suits you better.
Design, development, mobile optimisation, basic SEO setup, and a support period after launch. Hosting and domain costs are billed separately at cost.
Definitely — a lot of our work is rebuilding outdated sites. We'll review what you have and recommend what's worth keeping versus rebuilding.
